Shipping Policy:

Our company's shipping policy is as follows, most orders are processed within 3-7 business day's after the order has been received. During any sales event we ask customers to allow up to 7-21 business days for processing and for orders to ship. Once it is out of our facility USPS should deliver within 3-5 business days.

Please allow sufficient time for your order to be processed and receive a tracking number. 

We only ship orders Monday-Thursday.

If your order is outside of the time frame listed above, please email/call us and we will check the status of your order.
****International orders delivery may take longer depending on USPS schedule****

International orders please check with customs prior to calling/emailing us.

Return Policy:

Our company does not allow any products to be returned unless it has been approved by management. If we shipped you the wrong product(s), please send us a picture by email to . Do not open the product, we will examine the product before issuing a credit, refund, or the correct item. All shapewear products must be returned in original packaging in order to be exchanged. Shapewear that is used as an "undergarment" can not be exchanged or returned due to sanitary reasons.  Sizing for shapewear varies if you ordered the wrong size and need to exchange you will need to pay for the extra shipping & handling fees, once you mail it back to us we will send you an invoice for the shipping cost of the exchanged product. If you received the wrong product you have 5 business days to return the item to us from the date USPS dropped the package off to your door. Once your order has arrived at our company, please allow our company 3 business days to resubmit and process your order. If our company can not fulfill your order within the 3 business days we will issue a credit refund.

ID Verification:

Due to a discrepancy in your shipping and billing address, we need to verify your purchase. While we know that this is not the “norm” for companies to do, we ask that you consider the amount of fraudulent activity in today’s online world. As a small business,  we value our customers and we are requesting for you to send a copy of your ID as a reply to this email. Once we receive it your order will be processed and shipped out.

We just need to see the  picture and name to confirm the purchase, you can cover the rest of the information.
